Here we found luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre provided exceptional relaxation. the in-room breakfast was fantastic, and the private facilities were exclusive, which made us feel like VIPs.

the night club could be heard from our room at night, which caused a disturbance for our sleeping.

I had a fantastic stay at Mgallery Istanbul. The location was perfect, just 200 meters from the Galata Tower and close to all the main landmarks. The room itself was beautiful, with a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The room service staff were organized and the reception staff were helpful and kind. The food at the hotel was delicious, and I found the prices to be reasonable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I came here for 5 nights and had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect, perfect location next to everything in Istanbul, the staff were accommodating. I loved my junior suite with a comfy bed: D

As for me, location and rooms were excellent. Big beds, a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe and a sofa bed were a nice touch. Also, I loved how decent the location was. The restaurant was good, with excellent dishes.

This brand-new hotel was run by the highly professional staff. Our room was elegant and cozy. The location of the venue was very central, just next door to metro. Again, a contemporary art museum was within walking distance. Great food, magnificent view, GOOD service. Reception was great.

Luxury hotel with a nice restaurant in Istanbul. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Genuinely professional staff and outstanding service. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

We felt right at home at The Galata Istanbul Hotel - Mgallery. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Furkan Aktay. The breakfast spread was wonderful with a variety of cheese, meat, and fruits. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Golden Horn.

As adventure travelers, we loved the amazing view of the old town from our suite at The Galata Istanbul Hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Karakoy bridge, tram, and ferry station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the guy who showed us to our room on the first day. They made us feel like royalty and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. Additionally, having a Migros minimart nearby was a bonus for stocking up on everyday essentials. a comfortable and clean hotel with great value for money.

The traditional Turkish bath was a unique and relaxing experience. The lounge bar had a great ambiance with live music. The staff was attentive and professional.

During our stay, we enjoyed the hotel's perfect location that allowed us to explore the beautiful areas of the city effortlessly. With plenty of attractions and landmarks within walking distance, including the sink and several other neighborhoods, we had an amazing time exploring Istanbul. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding, and a clean bathroom. The staff were impeccable in their service, and the delicious and filling breakfast provided the perfect start to our day.

One aspect of our stay, which was the lack of a room with a balcony, despite the pictures that showed otherwise.

The hotel had an amazing rooftop bar with great views, drinks, and music. The staff was kind enough to help me get tickets to nearby attractions. My room had beautiful views and great soundproof windows. The complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit were a nice touch. This hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood with many art galleries, nightclubs, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

The view from our junior suite was fine, with three windows offering a 180-degree view of the river. The room itself was well-designed and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and fruits that were provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a trendy neighborhood with art galleries and trendy nightclubs within walking distance.

The noise from the club upstairs was a bit bothersome, especially for those traveling for business or needing a good night's rest. there were a few tech issues, such as the TV not working properly and the lack of English or movie channels.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Manager Yigit and the two receptionists. The hotel has a beautiful and elegant design, with luxurious rooms. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance - shopping, dining, sightseeing, and bars.

There was non-stop loud music playing until 11:00 pm , and the reception didn't inform me about it or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. the bathroom in the room was quite small, a bit uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Mgallery in Istanbul for a sightseeing trip. The staff, especially Furkan, was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is new and stylish with comfortable beds, good showers, and a nice breakfast. The location is great for exploring the spice market, grand bazaar, and Fatih. I would recommend Mgallery to my friends.
